Design
Our design principle is centered around creating a clean and clutter free environment that effortlessly balances the ergonomics, proportions and materials into a harmonious and unified space. Our design process includes careful study of each client's needs and in depth understanding of their functional usage of space to bring their vision to fruition. Our skilled and passionate team of architects work hand in hand with our execution team to ensure seamless transition of design to construction and delivery.
Execution
Management of time, vendors, materials and co ordination with designers plays a key role in ensuring that a project meets the quality and timeline desired by a client. We bring to the table a team of engineers and site supervisors with vast experience in managing projects of various scales across different sectors that cater to this. This collaborative effort to provide a wholesome, hassle free experience is the trademark of our practice.
Ramitha Anand
Founder
Ramitha Anand is the co-founder and principal at The Design Collaborative, Bangalore.
She received her Bachelor of Architecture from R.V.College of Engineering in Bangalore.
Prior to co-founding The Design Collaborative, she worked under the mentorship of well known architects in Bangalore which gave her an insight into the standards of design and the qaulity of workmanship across various building typologies. With her experience in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors combined with her passion for effective design she has helped shape the firm's design philosophy and establishing it's identity
Prashanth Patil
Founder
Prashanth Patil is the co-founder and principal at The Design Collaborative, Bangalore.
He received his Bachelor of Engineering from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
Prior to co-founding The Design Collaborative, he worked in various other technology and management sectors which helped him gain a deep understanding of project and people management. His fascination with architecture and interior design propelled him to work with architects and craftsmen to execute unique, bespoke projects across various sectors. His eye for detail, precision in finishing and expansive knowledge of materials and construction has contributed to the firm's reputation for exceptional execution of projects.
